We can customized designs according to the photos or drawing you sent, even just your idea, you can communicate with us, tell us the details of design you want, according to your idea, we can make drawing firstly to create the design you want, also can offer you some idea to improve the designs.
Process of Customizing the Product

Exchange ideas
Send us the photo or drawing of the design you want, if you have no photo or drawing, you can just tell us your idea, then we can make a draft draft drawing to crated the design according to our communication.
The first step communication is very important between us, we need to make sure every details, that makes you satisfaction, as well as suitable for our production.

Confirm CAD drawing
After we confirm every details of the design, we start to CAD drawing work, it will takes 1-2 workings days to finish the drawing.
We will send you CAD/PFD version after finished the drawing, just please confirm everything carefully of drawing, including the design, sizes, and each details, because once we start production, the design and sizes can’t be changed.

Production
Production will be started after the drawing confirmed by customer, our workers will produce in strict accordance with the drawings, most customized products require assembly when customer receive.
Our workers will make test installation at least twice, to make sure each part will be good for installation. Usually the production time for customized products is about 1 month.

Quality Inspection
We have our professional quality control department, they make very careful inspection of the finished goods,including design, sizes, surface, colors, installation.
To confirm everything is well when customer receive the goods.

Shipment
Shipment will be made after we confirm everything is ok for shipping, we can ship the goods to customer’s nearest sea port or front door that customer request.
We will follow the shipment and update the shipping information to customer once a week, till the time when customer receive the goods.

After sale-Service
We will send our customer installation instruction after shipment.
If our customer has questions during the installation process, we will give them our solution in time, till the project was finished.
