We have a customer from Holland, he wants a gazebo with European Style, buy simple design, besides he has a special request in the roof, he asked no frame and any decoration showing on the roof surface, just smooth metal. Usually the frames in the gazebo roof not only for decoration, the very important is to support the roof. They play a very important role to support the roof. Cann’t be removed. Our designer team did a careful research on the request a customer requests and actual production, they gave a professional solution finally, after good communication between our sales person and customer, customer praised our professionalism, and we confirmed the solution finally.
Our designer team made CAD drawing to confirm every details with our customer before production, including the design, sizes, material and other details. The drawing is also very important for our later production, it can ensure everything is correct in production. Our customer is very satisfied with our drawing and authorized us to produce it for him immediately.
We start production immediately after customer confirmed everything, the raw material is strong steel and tempered glass, our experienced workers did very carefully for each part, to ensure the gazebo will be installed smoothly in customer side, they made testing installations during production. Testing installation in our factory is to make sure everything is better for installation, no worry for customers. Not only the customized gazebos, but also other style gazebos from us, we all made a testing installation during production to make sure everything is good.
One month later, we finished the gazebo parts production and started to make surface treatment, we made hot dipped galvanized surface on the gazebo, then the gazebo won’t be rusty forever, after hot dipped galvanized work, we made green and gray paint on the gazebo, this customer asks gray roof and other parts in green. All the following work went very well and we made shipment for customer within expected date. And we made door to door service for customer.
Customer is very happy when he received the goods, he said the quality is very good, and the color is what he wants. He shares with us some photo and video when he installed the gazebo, and he kindly said he will advertise our wrought iron gazebos to his friends and Neighbors, he enjoy our quality and our service.
