We have a customer from France, he wants to improve his currently Canopy, keeping some existing brackets, and remove other parts, this project asks very accurate dimensional design, because all the installation finished by bolts, no welding, our designer team made a very careful research according to the requests from customer.
1. canopy door project covers 2 doors.that will replace an existing canopy door that only covers one door. 2. The existing glass roof will be removed. but the 2 existing brackets will stay in the wall and will be used for the new door canopy.3. New brackets have to be copied on the existing brackets and will hold in place the door canopy overhead of the second door.4. The positioning of the brackets are guided by the position of the two doors. so themeasurements have to be precise.
Customer sent us his draft drawing to express what he asked, our sales person made a detailed communication with our customer, and give him some professional suggestions based on the real production request, after all, customer gave his idea based on the theoretical, there is difference between real production and theoretical, through good communication with customer, we finally confirmed the design with customer and he is very satisfied. We made a drawing to confirm details with customer before production.
We started production after customer confirmed the canopy drawing, the material we use is very strong based on what we promised customer, and the glass kinds we choose is exactly suitable for the canopy, not so heavy but strong enough to hold the snow and rails. Because the glass is request in the canopy that’s equal to used in the roof, glass cann’t be so heavy but need to be strong enough, besides, customer asked the round edge at the end, these request asked us to find a exactly kinds of glass to use, and we made it through our hard work. Customer is very satisfied with the glass kinds we use. Two weeks later, we finished the canopy production, and made hot dipped galvanized surface, with this surface, the canopy won’t be rusty forever, hot dipped galvanized is the best way to prevent rusty, then we made dark brown paint on the final surface according to customer request.
We finished this project for customer and shipped that together with wrought iron gazebo that customer ordered together, the items shipped by one container. When customer received the goods, he said the products have a very good quality, he likes the material very much. Days ago, customer started to install his canopy, he said to us, the installation result is very remarkable, the quality is very good and the sizes are all correct. He he shares some photos with us his finished canopy, We are very happy to see the project from customer, customer satisfied is what we want.
Customer said, he still has some project need to be done, and he will contact with us when he is ready, he said he is very happy to work with us, and want to do more business with us. We are very happy to hear that, and we will still do our best for customer!
