Customized Wrought Iron Pergola

Recently, we manufactured a beautiful wrought iron pergola for our customer from France, we communicated very well during whole order process.

During our first communicate, customer told us he wanted a customized pergola, and send us a reference photo, he sent us the sizes he wanted and his draft drawing, as well as his request:

1. special request:

Pergola must be designed so that it is made in parts that can be carried by hands by two to maximum three people.

2. Material

steel structure hot dipped galvanized with powder coated (see color below) 6mm Tempered glass minimum

3. Fixed to the walls of the house by tie rods

4. Design type : should look like a french or english 19th century type of iron / Elegant and quite simple design.

5. With 4 poles made of cast steel

We got idea from our customer, and made drawings for him about this pergola, we confirmed all the details with him before starting production. Because this pergola will be fixed to the wall of the house by tie rods, it request exactly sizes that we will produce. We made testing installation during production, to make sure all the sizes are ok.
Three weeks later, we finished the production of pergola, and make hot dipped galvanized surface, with this kinds of surface, the pergola won’t be rusty forever, after hot dipped galvanized work, we made dark brown paint in the surface according to customer’s request. When all the works done, we shipped this pergola to our customers.

When customer received the pergola, he is very satisfied with our work, and very happy to see the goods, he shared with us the photos of pergola when he finished installation. We are very happy to hear the goods nears from our customer, and we will continue doing our best work for our customers!
