Customized Balcony Railing Project

Shijiazhuang Kubiao Trading Co.Ltd is specialized in customized Iron/steel products, such as wrought iron fence&gate, balcony and stair railing, as well as wrought iron gazebos. From the material specification and the sizes, color, all can be customized.

In the year 2024, we made a big project for our customer from Mexico, this customer request customized balcony and staircase railing, more than 20 kinds of patterns asked. The balcony patterns are used for the building with 3 floors, the stair railings are used for indoor and basement, customer requested the surface can not be rusty, so we suggested him hot dipped galvanized surface. 

This project refers to kinds of sizes, and it requests exactly sizes of each panel, so that customer can do a successful installation. We need to confirm each details with customer, our sales man had online meetings for several times to confirm all the sizes and other details, we have had a very good cooperation with customer during the prepare work, when all the details is done, we made drawings of all the details, and confirmed that with customer, so that everything goes well before our production. 

When finally confirmed all the details with customer, we start the production then, with high quality raw material steel bar and tube, We strictly control the quality and production size, and made testing installation during production. After 30 days production, we finished these railings and the next made surface treatment. When all the works done we shipped these railings to our customer by 40 feet container.
